- 1 PKG CHICKEN FLAVOR RICE A RONI
- 2 TBSP BUTTER
- 1 TSP DRIED BASIL
- 4 BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST
- 2 CUPS BROCCOLI
- 1 TOMATO CHOPPED
- 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR OR MOZ CHEESE

Step 1
SAUTE RICE MIX WITH BUTTER IN A LARGE SKILLET ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL RICE IS GOLDEN BROWN
ADD 2 CUPS WATER, SEASONING AND BASIL
BRING TO A BOIL ON HIGH HEAT. PLACE CHICKEN ON RICE AND COVER, REDUCE HEAT TO LOW SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES.
STIR IN BROCCOLI AND TOMATO COVER AND SIMMER 10 MINUTES. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE.
