Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 6 carrots, but up
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 tbsp. tapioca
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Bake in covered casserole at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Don't open oven door during these 5 hours.
