Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless pork, cut up small
- 1 onion diced
- 4 cups chicken broth (divided)
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 celery rib, diced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled & diced
- 1 can beans
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chilies
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tbs. flour

Preparation
Step 1
Spray Pam in 5 qt. dutch oven & brown pork & onions. Add 3 1/2 cups broth, corn, celery, potatoes, tomato sauce, chilies, cumin, oregano & salt; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover & simmer for 1 hour or until meat & vegetables are tender. Add beans. Combine flour & remaining broth; stir into stew. Return to boil; cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
