Fizzy Pear

Ingredients

• 2 T chopped pear
• 1 t sugar
• 1 ounce pear vodka
• 1/2 ounce orange liquer
• ice
• 6 ounces sparkling wine
• garnish - pear slices

Preparation

Step 1

Place chopped par and sugar in cocktail shaker. Mash toether, using muddler. Add vodka, orange liquer, and handful of ice. Shake until very cold. Strain into a glass and top with sparkling wine and garnish with pear slices.
