Turkey Meat Pie-Me Maw

Ingredients

• Pie crust for top and bottom of pie
• chopped turkey-especially dark meat
• peeled, chopped potatoes
• chicken broth
• turkey drippings
• flour/water to thicken

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together a small amount of drippings and a can of chicken broth-if no drippings just use broth

Add turkey and potatoes

Cook until potatoes are soft

drain if too much broth

thicken with flour mixture

cook until it comes to a boil

Cool

Pour into prepared pie shell and place top crust

Bake at 350* until slightly brown
