Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1-2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
- 2 cups corn flakes or crushed crackers
- 1 stick butter
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cheese, sour cream and soup and pour over potatoes. Top with cornflakes or cracker crumbs in melted butter.
Bake at 350 1 1/2 to 2 hours
