Cheesy Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • Casserole
  • 1 2lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 o 2 cups grated sharp cheese (colby or cheddar)
  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and put in a 9x13 pan. Set aside while you make the topping. Melt butter in a small skillet; add breadcrumbs and saute until lighlty browned. Remove from heat and sprinkle topping over potatoes.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
