Egg--Turkey and Stuffing Quiche
- 1 6 oz. pkg. chicken stuffing mix
- 1 C chopped cooked turkey
- 1 C shredded Swiss Cheese
- 4 etggs, beaten
- 1 5 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Prepare stuffing mix according to pkg. directions. Press stuffing into 9" greased pie plate, forming a crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min. Remove from oven. In small bowl, combine turkey, and Swiss Cheese, set aside. In separate bowl, beat eggs, milk and pepper. Sprinkle turkey and cheese over hot crust. Pour egg mixture over turkey.
Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 - 35 min, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 min. before serving.
