Ingredients
- 1 (32-oz.) package hash brown potatoes, thawed and shredded
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 (10-3/4 oz.)can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 (8-oz.) package cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Method:
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Mix potatoes, onions, and butter together. Add soup, sour cream, cheese and seasonings.
Pour into a 9x13-inch pan and cover with crushed corn flakes.
Bake for 45 minutes.
