Ingredients

  • 1 (32-oz.) package hash brown potatoes, thawed and shredded
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (10-3/4 oz.)can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 (8-oz.) package cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Method:

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Mix potatoes, onions, and butter together. Add soup, sour cream, cheese and seasonings.

Pour into a 9x13-inch pan and cover with crushed corn flakes.

Bake for 45 minutes.
