Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice generous
- 2 cups water
- 2/3 cup coconut milk
- 1.5 tsp salt
Details
Preparation
Step 1
1. Rinse rice under cold water.
2. Place rice in a pan with water and coconut milk and salt.
3. Bring it to a boil.
4. Stir and cover. Simmer gently for 12 to 18 minutes (depending on type of rice).
5. Refrigerate for 1 day and then make into stir fry.
