- 1/2 oz pine nuts, toasted lightly
- 1/2 oz sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
- 1/2 oz capers
- 1/2 oz black olives, sliced
- 1/2 oz radicchio, julienned
- 5 oz cooked orzo pasta, chilled
- 3 oz roasted garlic lemon vinaigrette
- 1/4 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved
- Fresh cracked pepper to taste
