Ingredients
- 1 can of Tuna
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 small apple
- 2 green onions
- 2 TBS Mayo
- 1 TBS Dijon Mustard
- 1 TBS capers, rinsed and drained
- 2 ripe tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except the tomatoes in a bowl. Core the tops of the tomatoes, then turn them over, top down on a cutting board. Make 3 wedge-like slices into the tomatoes but don't go all the way through. Open the tomato, then scoop the tuna salad on top of the tomato
