Ingredients
- 4 cups turkey or chicken stock
- 2 cups fresh spinach, trimmed and coarsely shredded
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups cubed chicken or turkey, cooked
- 2 tbsp soy cause
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 green onions, diagonally sliced
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- pinch pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, bring stock and mushrooms to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Add spinach, turkey and soy sauce, simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in oil, juice, onions and pepper.
