Melted Brie and Rosemary on Apples
By Kitchenbee
I never got the whole idea of cheese on a slice of apple pie, especially cheddar. But for an appetizer or after dinner refreshing plate, crisp apple slices with brie and a nice aged cheddar is good.
This on the other hand?Something about rosemary on the white-green taste of apple with that slight runny cheese taste is excellent. I always try to find an excuse to make this.
