Ingredients
- 6 oz roughy fillet
- 2 tbsp,finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp or spray olive oil
- parsley ,paprika to taste
- For the Sauce;
- cup chopped red bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- salt,pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate the roughy with garlic,oil,parsley,and paprica.Sear the
fish on one side,then bake in the oven 10-15 min or until done
For Sauce
Puree the red peppers and chicken stock
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve on the side.

1/4 cup brown rice pilaf
