Easy to make creamed corn that everyone will go back for seconds! It's easy to half or quarter the recipe -- the full recipe makes a lot, but then there is plenty for all (and leftovers)!

Ingredients
- 4 bags of frozen corn
- 2 (8 ounce) packages creamed cheese, diced into 1 inch squares
- 1 stick salted butter, 4 ounces
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Put all ingredients into a sauce pan. Cook on medium or low for about 20 - 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the corn is hot.
You can half or quarter this recipe, it makes a lot!
