Ingredients
- 3/4 pound pork loin cut into 1" by 1/4 " slices
- 1 red bell pepper julienned
- 1/4 c crunchy peanut butter
- 1 Tbs honey
- 1 Tbs finely chopped candied ginger (or fresh ginger and 1 tsp brown sugar)
- 1 jalapeno seeded and minced
- 2 Tbs Teriyaki sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Put pork and bell pepper into 3 quart slow cooker.
In small bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, ginger, jalapenos. Stir in Teriyaki sauce. Mix well and spoon over pork.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours. (If drying out, add orange juice). Stir thoroughly and serve over rice.
