Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp molases
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1 1/2 tbsp evoo
- 4 - 1 inch thick- pork chops-bone in center cut
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 aqpple, cut into julienne-optional

Step 1
in aq small bowl, combine ketchup,molasses, mustard, and payenne; et aside.
prepare grill to medium high heat. rub evoo all over pork, then season with salt and pepper to taste. arrange on grill and cook, flipping once, until brown on both sides, about10 minutes total. generously brush pork all over with sauce and continue cooking , frequently flipping NS BRUASHING AGAIN WITH SAUCE UNTIL THE GLAZED AND DEEP GOLDEN BROWN, ABOUT 6-8 MINUTES MORE. ARRANGE ON PLATE AND TOP WITH APPLES SLICES IF USING
