Oven Roasted Potatoes

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp and 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 3/4 tsp dried basil
  • 3/4 tsp dried marjoram
  • 3/4 tsp dried dill weed
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 3/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 3/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

Step 1

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except potatoes. Stir in potatoes until evenly coated. Place potatoes in a single layer on a roasting pan or baking sheet. Roast for 20-30 minutes in the preheated oven, turning occasionally to brown on all sides.
