Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- juice of one lemon
- 2 boullion cubes
- dash of bitters
- dash of Lee and Perrin Worcestershire sauce
- trout fillets

Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, lemon juice, boullion cubes, bitters and Lee and Perrins.
Place fillets in baking dish and pour mixture over. Bake about 30 minutes at 350º.
