  • 1 stick butter
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 boullion cubes
  • dash of bitters
  • dash of Lee and Perrin Worcestershire sauce
  • trout fillets

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, lemon juice, boullion cubes, bitters and Lee and Perrins.

Place fillets in baking dish and pour mixture over. Bake about 30 minutes at 350º.
