Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 onions- chopped
- 1 green pepper- chopped
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups canned tomatoes - diced
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp sugar
- red pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 lb cooked salad shrimp
- Rice

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and green peppers in butter. Stir in flour, salt and red pepper, add everything else but shrimp. Simmer 15-20 min. Add shrimp, simmer 5 more min. Serve over rice.
