Mandarin and Almond Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
- 16 medium large shrimp
- 2/3 cup bottled sesame ginger dressing,divided
- 1 pkg Dole Salad mix
- 1 can (11 oz or 15 oz ) Dole mandarin oranges,drained
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/3 cup Almond Accents Honey Roasted Almonds

Preparation
Step 1
Place shrimp and 1/3 dressing in a 1 quart resealable bag. Seal and refrigerate 30 minutes,turning once or twice.
Remove shrimp,discard dressing.
Grill over med high heat 3 to 5 minutes,turning once
Divide salad mix,mandarin oranges, bell pepper and green onions on 4 large plates
Arrange shrimp on top of each.
Drizzle with remaining sesame ginger dressing and top with almond accents.
