Ingredients
- 1 can 15oz. pumpkin
- 12 oz coconut milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 6 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 gluten free cake mix
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1/2 c melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugars, 5 tsp of pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and salt in large bowl. pour int a 13x9 baking pan lightly greased.
mix cake mix and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice in medium bowl with wire whisk.
sprinkle evenly over pumpkin mixture. sprinkle with pecans. drizzle with melted butter.
bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until golden brown;.
