Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls - Instant Pot

This is a recipe I previously used for the stove top; I added a cup of beef broth and now prepare it in the Instant Pot!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can Glen Muir diced fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 small cabbage, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Press the saute button on the Instant Pot. Add oil; when hot, add the beef and salt. Cook breaking the meat up until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, pepper and stir. Add the tomatoes and beef broth; cover and cook high pressure 15 minutes.
Quick release, add cabbage and cook 3 minutes high pressure. Quick release and serve with rice if desired.
