Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onion, peeled and chopped
- 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients. With your hands form 2-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees fahrenheit.
