Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Rolled oats
  • 1 Cups Brown sugar, packed (I use light or dark, whatever I have on hand)
  • 2 Cups Baking Mix (I’m using House-Autry Buttermilk Biscuit and Baking Mix)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Stick margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 raisins
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips

Preparation

Step 1

1.Combine first five ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pat into greased 8×8 pan and bake at 350 for twenty five to thirty minutes. Allow to cool and cut into bars.
