Veal Marsala

Ingredients
- Veal cutlets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves
- 4 white button mushrooms
- 4 wild mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 rosemary stem

Preparation
Step 1
1. Salt and pepper veal on both sides.
2. Heat pan with olive oil, add butter and melt.
3. Add veal to pan and cool for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes per side and remove when done.
4. Add more oil to the pan and add shallot.
5. Add garlic and cook until golden brown.
6. Add wine and bring to a slight boil.
7. Add broth, rosemary, then veal.
8. Cook to warm and sauce had thickened slightly.
9. Pour sauce over top of veal and serve.
