Chicken Noodle Crack
Nothing soothes the soul like a good bowl of chicken noodle soup! This simplified homemade version takes no time at all but the flavors taste like you've been in the kitchen all day. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken, cooked & chopped
- 8 ounces spaghetti, uncooked
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 32 ounces chicken broth, low sodium
- 10.75 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup half & half
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- Salt & Pepper, to taste

Step 1
Heat olive oil in Dutch oven pot and cook onion, celery, and carrots until softened.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add ranch and cook for 1 minute, ensuring vegetables are evenly coated.
Add broth and soup, mixing well.
Mix in spaghetti, bacon, and chicken, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes, or until noodles are cooked and vegetables are tender.
Stir in cheese and half & half.
Cook another 3 to 5 minutes.
