Super Shrimp Dip

  • 2 (8 oz) cream cheese packages, softened, oe neufchatel cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, regular or light
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped finely
  • 1 (4 oz) cans broken shrimp, or 1/2 pound cooked and finely chopped shrimp
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chesapeake Bay or Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • dash of Berbere Seasoning (optional) to taste



Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl using an electric mixer, blender or food processor until smooth. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or even better is overnight. Serve with crackers. If you like it spicy it is good with a little Berbere sprinkled on top.
