- Dressing:
- 8 med. russet potatoes – boiled and cubed
- 1 c sliced celery
- 1/2 c chopped red onion
- 1 packet Hidden Valley ranch recipe salad dressing mix
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1/4 c water
