Prosciutto Wrapped Toasted Ravioli Bundles

  • 1 (20 ounce) package Farm Rich Toasted Ravioli
  • 8-9 slices of prosciutto
  • 2 cups prepared marinara sauce (optional)
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Step 1

•Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
•Cut each slice of prosciutto down the middle lengthwise into two pieces, then cut each piece widthwise into two pieces (4 pieces per slice).
•Working one piece of ravioli at a time, wrap one piece of the prosciutto around the ravioli, then take another slice of prosciutto and wrap it around the ravioli going the other direction.
•Make sure the open ends are on the bottom and place on the parchment lined baking sheet (ends down).
•Continue with the remaining ravioli.
•Bake the ravioli according to the package directions.
•Serve hot garnished with basil and marinara sauce on the side for dipping if desired
