Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 1-2 T minced garlic (or to taste)
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 c. beef or chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 3 T. soya sauce
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 1 T. brown sugar
  • 2 T. cornstarch



Step 1

1. In a medium pan, cook garlic slowly in the butter, til tender but not browned.

2. Add broth, soya sauce, vinegar and brown sugar; mix then simmer 5-10 minutes over medium heat, stirring often.

3. Whisk in cornstarch; heat to almost boiling, stirring constantly til sauce is slightly thickened.
