San Francisco Ginger Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 center cut pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 onion cut into rings
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1/2 c red wine
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp groung ginger
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey

Preparation
Step 1
Brown pork chops in olive oil over med high heat for 3-4 mins per side. Remove to cool. In same pan, saute the garlic for 1-2 mins until light golden brown. Place prok and garlic in freezer bag. Layer onion rings on top of chops. Mix soy, wine, flakes, ginger sugar and honey. Blen well and pour over chops. Freeze.
Defrost in fridge. Cook on low for 7-8 hours in crock.
