Ingredients

  • 2

    tbsp. olive oil

  • 4

    carrots - diced

  • 4

    celery - chopped

  • 1

    lg. onion - diced

  • 3-4

    potatoes - diced

  • 2

    c. chicken broth

  • 2

    tbsp. water

  • ¼

    cup flour

  • 1

    liter half and half or 1 liter whipped cream

  • 2

    lg. cans niblet corn

  • 2

    lg. cans cream corn

  • 2-3

    chicken breasts - cooked and diced

  • salt

  • pepper

  • poultry seasoning

Directions

Heat oil, saute carrots,onions,celery a couple of minutes. Add potatoes and chicken broth. Cover. Simmer until tender. Mix 2 tbsp. water and flour - stir into pot. Add cream and niblet and cream corn. Add chicken breasts and salt,pepper and poultry seasoning to taste. If too thick add milk.
