Crab gazpacho cocktails

Ingredients
- 1 can muir glen organic fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 1 slice 1/4 inch thick red onion
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 drops red pepper sauce
- 1 small cuke peeled and diced
- 1 can special white crab meat drained about 1 cup
- 2 tsp dill weed chopped coarsely

Preparation
Step 1
In food processor place all ingredients except cucumber and dill weed. Cover and process with on and off pulses until pureed stir in cucumber
Spoon about 1/3 cup tomatoes mixture into each of 8 martini or wine glasses. Spoon I helping crabmeat onto center of each cocktail Sprinkle with dill weed
