Step 1
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A STOCK POT, BRING TO A BOIL STIRRING TILL ALL INGREDIENTS ARE BLENDED WELL, ABOUT 10 MINUTES, REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET COOL TO ROOM TEMP, PLACE MEAT INTO 5 GALLON FOOD GRADE CONTAINER AND POUR BRINE OVER MEAT, COVER, PLACE IN FRIDGE 8 - 12 HOURS,, TURNING OVER 3 TO 4 TIMES FOR EVEN BRINING, RINSE THROUGHLY BEFORE COOKING AND COOK TILL DESIRED TEMP
