Banana Walnut Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 stick of butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350 degrees:
In one bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
In one bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla.
In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
On a plate, mash bananas.
Add the eggs and vanilla to the creamed butter and sugar and combine, then add flour. Fold in bananas and walnuts. Bake for 55 minutes in loaf pan, sprayed with Pam.
