Ingredients

• beef stew meat
• 2 pkg McCormick beef stew mix
• 1 onion sliced
• 5-6 potatoes peeled & quartered
• 10-12 carrots peeled & sliced
• 6-7 cups water

Brown meat drain, mix all ingredients together and cook on low in crock pot for 7-8 hours
