Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh or frozen raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbs butter or margarine
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt/Pepper to Taste

Step 1
Rinse shrimp and dry on paper towels. Place shrimp in large bowl; season with salt and pepper and toss with bread crumbs. Transfer to baking dish (8 X 8). In saucepan heat 2 tbs butter and the olive oil. Add garlic and saute for approx 4 minutes. Add wine and simmer for 3 minutes. Pour garlic mixture over shrimp and broil about 4 inches from heat for approximately 7-8 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
