Ingredients
- 1 lb polish sausage
- 4 tbl butter
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 onions
- 2 cans (8 oz ea) tomato sauce
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbl paprika
- 3 or 4 large potatoes (cook in microwave first)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown saus in 2 tbl butter, remove & set aside.
Same pan sauté cabbage and onions in remaining butter.
Combine tomatoes, sugar & paprika; pour over cabbage, bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover & simmer for 20 min. Add potatoes & saus. Cover & simmer for 30 min.
Serve over a hunk of cornbread!!
