Ingredients
- 4 slices whole-wheat sandwich bread
- 4 slices thin deli turkey
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat a panini press on a medium setting.
2. Place 1 slice of break on a flat surface.
3. Layer 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of bread. repeat to make a second sandwich.
4. Cook the sanwiches in the panini press for 3 mins, or until the cheese is melted.
5. Slice into quarters and serve.
