Cannellini Bean Dip

  • 29 oz. can of cannellini beans – drained
  • 1 green tomato
  • 1 samll jalapeño – with seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1

Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

Use with fresh fruit, chips or as a spread on you favorite bread.
