Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Pork Loin

Ingredients
- 1 boneless pork loin roast, approximately 3 pounds
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 1/3 cups brown sugar, divided
- 1 tablespoon Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1
1. Wash pork roast, trim excess fat and pat dry
2. Prick the roast all over with a fork or skewer
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
4. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup brown sugar, the mustard, balsamic vinegar and garlic
5. Rub all over the roast
6. Place 1/2 cup of water in slow cooker followed by the pork roast
7. Cook 9 hours on low with cover on
8. Pour off excess juices
9. Combine the remaining brown sugar and cinnamon
10. Spread brown sugar and cinnamon over the top of the roast
11. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour
