- 1 PKG HORMEL SLICED DRIED BEEF CHOPPED
- 2 TBSP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
- 2 TBSP FLOUR
- 1 1/3 CUPS MILK
- 1/2 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1 DASH PEPPER
- BUTTERED TOAST POINTS

Step 1
IN SKILLET, COOK DRIED BEEF IN BUTTER 3 MINUTES. STIR FLOUR INTO BUTTER MIXTURE; ADD MILK. COOK AND STIR UNTIL THICKENED AND BUBBLY. COOK AND STIR 1 TO 2 MINUTES LONGER. STIR IN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND PEPPER. SPOON OVER TOAST
