  • 2 cups buttermilk baking mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • 1/2 t garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine baking mix, milk and cheese. Beat with a wooden spoon until a soft dough forms. Beat for an additional 30 seconds. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes. Combine margarine and garlic powder, brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
