Ingredients
- 6 oz cooked or raw shrimp
- 1 1/2 oz of butter
- 1/4 pint heavy cream
- small glass of brandy
- lemon juice
- nutmeg
- parsley
- rice

Step 1
Heat butter in frying pan, saute shrimp couple of mins. Warm the brandy and pour it flaming over the shrimp. Turn the heat low and leave min or two then turn up the heat and add cream. Stir in finely chopped parsley, pinch of nutmeg and serve on top of plain boiled rice.
