Sauteed Shrimp and Rice

Ingredients
- 1 lb peeled and deveined fresh or frozen shrimp, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth or white wine
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cups cooked white rice

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 400. In a 13x9x2 inch baking pan, arrange shrimp in a single layer. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Saute garlic 1 min; add broth, red pepper and parsley. Drizzle butter mixture over shrimp.
Bake about 10 mins or until shrimp turn opaque.
Serve shrimp over rice.
