Ingredients

  • 2 cups 474ml Cooked - flaked halibut
  • 1 Chicken bouillon cube
  • 3/4 cup 177ml Boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7oz Soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup 118ml Light cream
  • 1 teaspoon 5ml Grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons 10ml Lemon juice
  • 2 Eggs - beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Combine all ingredients.

Place in a well greased 9 1/2- by 2 3/4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until loaf is firm in the center.
