Ingredients
- 1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained, save juice
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbs. flour
- 1 1/2 c. spanish peanuts, unpeeled
- 2 c. apples unpeeld , diced
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 lg. ctn. non dairy whipped topping
- 1 Tbs. white vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
drain pineapple juice and save
mix pineapple and marshmallows
refrigerate in covered bowl overnight
mix flour into juice, sugar, vinegar, and egg
cook until thickened
cover and refrigerate overnight
next day, mix sauce with whipped topping
add rest of ingredients
mix and refrigerate at least 6-8 hrs. before serving
