Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 4 Tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans cream of broccoli soup
- 3 cups milk
- 1 head of broccoli - chopped and cooked
- 1 lb velvetta cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour, salt and pepper; cook and stir until smooth. Add milk ; cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens. Add broccoli, soup and cheese. Simmer, stirring constantly, until heated through.
